If there are differences between the library copy and the Kobo Store copy, the eBook will not sync. ![]() To sync successfully, eBooks from the ORL’s OverDrive collection and the Kobo store need to match on: If eBooks borrowed from ORL’s OverDrive collection or ORL Catalogue are not syncing to the Kobo, the issue may be caused by how the eReader does not see the borrowed book as an exact match to the file that will be fulfilled by the Kobo Store. Some library eBooks on not syncing to Kobo eReaders This guide is for newer Kobos like the Libra, Forma, Aura ONE, Aura Edition 2, and Clara HD. Note: During the transfer process, your ereader will be automatically authorized with the same Adobe ID or OverDrive account you used on your computer.Borrow library eBooks directly on Kobos over a Wi-Fi connection Once you've transferred a library ebook, you can read it on your device just like any other ebook. From there, drag and drop the ebook into your ereader, which should appear on the left under "Devices." You may need to accept a file-transfer prompt on your ereader in order for it to appear in ADE. To transfer an ebook to your ereader, open the "Library" view in ADE (click the Library button in the top-left corner, if needed). Step 5Ĭlick the Download button for the borrowed ebook. On your computer, open your library's digital collection (find it using Step 4īorrow an ebook (you'll need to sign into your library to complete this step).
