This unique system of governance is achieved by a governing body, the Executive Council, which is made up of a majority of elected undergraduates. Since its founding, Phi Kappa Psi has been controlled by undergraduates. The Executive Council of Phi Kappa Psi is composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and six Archons.
